Send us a brief description of your team size, your current publishing frequency, and the primary challenge you are trying to solve — that is genuinely all we need to prepare for a first call. Within one working day, a member of the Sinclair & Vaughn team will reply with a proposed time for a 45-minute scoping call. That call is free of charge and carries no obligation. If the scope and budget align, we send a formal proposal within three working days of the call. If they do not align, we will say so plainly and, where possible, point you towards a more appropriate starting point.

Do you sign NDAs before scoping calls?
Yes, on request. If you would like an NDA in place before discussing your content strategy in any detail, email us and we will send a standard mutual NDA within one working day. We are comfortable with client-supplied NDAs as well, provided review time is factored into the call schedule.
