Three fixed-scope packages — no retainer lock-in, no surprise invoices, no ambiguity about what you receive.
Every Sinclair & Vaughn package is priced as a fixed-fee project. You receive a scoped proposal and a signed statement of work before any invoice is raised. There are no hourly rates, no day-rate bleed, and no add-on charges for extra rounds of feedback within the agreed scope. If your requirements expand materially mid-project, we raise a change-order with a revised price before proceeding — you are never surprised at invoice time. All prices are exclusive of VAT at the applicable Irish standard rate.

No. All listed prices are exclusive of Irish VAT at the current standard rate of 23%. Your invoice will show the net price, the VAT amount, and the gross total. If you are an EU business outside Ireland, reverse-charge rules apply and we will issue a zero-rated VAT invoice on receipt of your valid VAT number.
Yes. For the Studio and Enterprise packages, we offer a two-milestone payment structure: 50% on signing of the statement of work and 50% on handover sign-off. The Foundation package is invoiced in full on signing, given its shorter timeline.
Yes. Every engagement begins with a 45-minute scoping call at no charge. We discuss your current content operations, team structure, tooling, and objectives. The scoped proposal follows within three working days.
