We then build the workflow inside Notion, Airtable, or ClickUp, including automated status notifications and a brief template library. Two live workshops (up to twelve participants each) covering the brief-to-publish workflow, the house style guide, and the analytics dashboard. Each session is recorded in HD and accompanied by a written role-guide for writers, editors, and commissioning managers. Deliverable: recorded workshop library, three role-specific quick-reference guides, and a completed style guide PDF.

We configure GA4 event tracking, connect your Search Console property, build a Looker Studio dashboard with twelve standard content-performance KPIs, and document the monthly reporting process your team runs independently. Where a CRM connection is available, we map content touchpoints to pipeline stages so each article carries an attributed revenue signal. Deliverable: live dashboard, data dictionary, and monthly reporting SOP.
